Emma Smith

Emma works at HOME arts centre in Manchester in the fundraising team, where she took part in Carbon Literacy training and learnt about Manchester’s goal to become carbon zero by 2038. Looking for somewhere to channel climate activism, Emma applied to be a part of the Manchester Climate Change Partnership Youth Board to represent the voice of young people in the city.

Emma has written about her climate activism on HOME’s website, during ‘Green June’ and continues to educate herself on climate change through documentaries and films.
